Process Flow

As one of the most popular main food, parboiled rice is known for its advantages, such as high nutrition content, long storage time, low broken,LOW GI (Glycemic Index,etc.) 

lt estimated that parboiled rice will become more and more popular.

People adopt different hydrothermal methods to produce parboiled rice.

Our processing flow as following: cleaning and drying the raw paddy,storing in silo, cleaning, soaking with hot water, steam cooking, drying milling, packaging etc., a complete line is designed to produce it. The line completes with all the elevators, soaking tanks, cooking tanks,drying towers, blowers, heat exchangers, rice milling, color sorter,package machine, boiler, water tank, pipelines, valves, instruments,control panels and steel structure, platform and stairs so on.

To guarantee good quality of final products and low broken rate, the line is highly automatic.

It can be mainly carbon steel or stainless steel according the invest-ment and local standards and regulations.

A：Yes, also you can buy the parboiling section, drier and other single rice processing machines, like whitener, polisher, color sorter and package machine etc. It depends your factory situation.

A：Our engineer will guide your local workers to assemble the plant. In case we send
